I'm thrilled to welcome you to Mind Over Menopause, a dedicated space where empowerment meets community. My name is Pam, and I'm not only your guide but also someone who walks this journey alongside you.


In the perimenopause stage myself and diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at 43, I bring a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise to our community.

As a menopause mental well-being coach and with a background as an NLP Practitioner, Accredited Life Coach, Accredited Holistic Modality Coach, and trained Menopause Expert Group Champion, I'm here to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and personalized strategies you need to thrive during this significant life transition.

My support group offers a safe and supportive space for women like you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Whether you're looking to manage physical symptoms, enhance your mental well-being, or simply connect with others who understand what you're going through, you'll find camaraderie, support, and invaluable resources here.
